About Us

Originally a family business run by Nicholas Faulkner and his parents, it continues to be privately owned with Nicholas Faulkner as the Managing Director and major shareholder. 

As a business, the Company’s philosophy has always been one of providing a high level of personal service to our client base.  The Company has always prided itself on its mixture of professional services, with Nicholas Faulkner as a Chartered Surveyor heading up the property management function and Peter Hewett, a Chartered Certified Accountant, the accounting function.  Block and estate management is in practical terms a hybrid between the two professional skill sets and Labyrinth have always sought to have professionally qualified staff within both sections of the business.   

The Company does not believe it is realistic to provide a professional level of service from a single central office miles from the development it seeks to serve.
